Monarch Fitness Facilities re-opening June 1st.

Monarch’s on-site gyms will re-open on 6/1/2020.  Please read the following requirements necessary to maintain a safe environment for gym users and staff who work in these areas.

Starting 6/1/2020

Gym spaces will be available in the following locations:

  • Therapy patients will take precedence for gym equipment
  • The main gym (maximum 5 persons at a time (e.g., 3 cardio and 2 weights)
  • The cross-fit gym (maximum 3 persons at a time)

All workout times will require sign up.  Gym times can be scheduled via the online gym scheduler.

Fitness Facility Terms of Use

If you wish to use one of the on-site gyms, you must sign a fitness center waiver and schedule a gym appointment in advance.

If you have not already done so, please sign the waiver.

WellHealth Worx and Monarch facilities staff will do their best to maintain a clean and sanitary environment; however, you must sanitize the equipment before and after every use!

To maintain the CDC guidelines for social distancing and allowing for safe work out space, we will limit the number of gym users at one time.

What you need to know

Canceling an appointment

If you sign up for a time and can no longer use your time, please cancel your reservation as early as possible to allow for others to sign up. Please contact to cancel gym appointments.

Workout Times

Workouts will be limited to 45 minutes; however, time slots will be booked on the hour to allow for transition time.  Please be respectful of these time limits when working out.

Certain machines have been labeled “temporarily out of service” to assist in maintaining a safe social distancing.  Do not disregard these signs.

It will be required to wipe down all equipment and areas touched after use including mats, swiss balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, bars, etc.…

All patrons must maintain a minimum of 6’ of social distancing while working out at all times (no partners).

Locker Room Usage

Social distancing should always be maintained when using the locker rooms.

Once you are able, wear your mask to protect both yourself and others you might unexpectedly come with 6’ of in the locker room.

Thoroughly wipe down all surfaces you touch with an appropriate disinfectant (spray bottles located in the locker rooms).

  • Shower curtains will need to be sprayed down before and after use
  • Towels and Washcloths must be placed completely in the hamper making sure the hamper closes
